The base build price is only part of the picture. Most Sydney projects also include:
Roughly $3,000 to $10,000, more if the block slopes or needs clearing.
Water, sewer, power and stormwater, roughly $15,000 to $30,000.
Roughly $5,000 to $11,000 depending on the pathway.
Driveway, paths and landscaping, roughly $8,000 to $23,000.
