SELECT DESIGN SUITABLE FOR SITE

We will liaise with you throughout this process as required.

Once you sign the contract, we proceed to prepare a full set of architectural drawings, order any relevant reports required for the DA lodgement.
04
COLOUR SELECTIONS/VARIATIONS
Our designers will engage with you to help you adjust any floorplan changes, select all exterior colours/finishes such as cladding/facade style, decking, and any other. All variations to the standard design are finalised during this phase and submitted for your approval.
05
DA LODGEMENT
The architectural plans are updated to incorporate your selections/upgrades and forwarded to you for final approval. Upon your approval, our Town Planner will review the completed DA package and lodge with the Council for DA approval.
06
DA APPROVAL
On receipt of the approved DA, we check for the conditions in the approval and advise all relevant participants to take any action necessary.
