1. Design/Approval
Our experienced designers go through your local Development Control Plan (DCP) guidelines to achieve the most optimal site layout for you.
We then engage our town planner to submit your plans to the local council and follow up for DA approval.
2. Build
We commence our 8 weeks build programme as soon as all conditions of DA approval are received and reviewed.
Construction progress is closely monitored, and weekly photographs are provided to ensure it progresses as scheduled.
3. Delivery & Install
As the construction process nears completion, our highly experienced installation team will prepare the site for install ready for inspection and approval by the relevant council authority, after which an occupation certificate.
