First Floor Additions and Second Storey Additions:

Hi-Tech Homes have developed a ground breaking, award winning, Australian-First technology approach when it comes to First Floor Additions.

Hi-Tech Homes first floor additions are fully fabricated and constructed off-site. Once complete, your second storey is transported to site and installed, fully constructed, in no more than 3 days. This means you don't have to live on a construction site for the duration of the build.

The two main benefits to you are:

1. a lower build cost, and
2. your roof exposed for no more than 3 days, minimizing disruption to you!
